Hello everyone
I am now 74 LWT Rower and currently I am looking for an erg program to help me reaching between 6:25 - 6:30, my best 2k was 6:38, my best 30 mins was 1:48.3, my best 1 hours was 1:51. Anyone can help me with that?

Re: A program
Hi, personally I never used it but lots of people are enthousiastic about the Pete Plan. In the Training and racing forum there's a thread called the Pete plan, you can look for more information there.
I hope it helps you.
Regards,
Fred

The basics of the normal plan are here: https://thepeteplan.wordpress.com/the-pete-plan/ , and the forum thread is here: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=661. I follow a slightly modified 5km Pete Plan and - while I'm not looking at your level of performance - I've made steady improvements over the course of several 12 week rounds. If you have relatively limited time (which is an issue for me), no session tips over the c45 minute mark (factoring warm-up/cool down), and it tends to work out at between 7-8km distance covered.
You might also find the Wolverine Plan useful: http://www.concept2.com/files/pdf/us/tr ... nePlan.pdf. I'm unfamiliar with this one, so hopefully another poster might have some thoughts.
