sums it up quite nicely. Plan tonight was to do this session in Pete Plan style, so same pace for the first three reps (1:50) and then go for it in the last one. This is how it went:

The even splits for the first three reps make it look easier than it was. The pain in my legs increased from rep to rep and I was very thankful for the three minutes break! Last rep was kind of „fun“, mostly because I knew I would be done soon Interesting piece of training though, this ctc could be a popular one!
