Quite pleased with that! When I entered it I noticed that I missed moving up into FS2 by a tenth of a second So I guess I'll have to have another go although I'm not really looking forward to it as this one already was pretty hard.
Decided to tentatively dip my toes into the water on this one today.
Conscious of the fact that my back is not 100% yet, and having done a Crazy Bear HM earlier today, I intended to push fairly hard but not kill myself.
I had your time in my mind as a target(your previous effort of 1:47.5 - I had forgotten that you had bettered it).
Landed up pushing too hard(as per usual) but realised that it hurt no matter what pace you are rowing at.
