How nice to think of all living here, over the pond! Come and sit at our table!
Our festive early dinner consisted out of Turkey, Spaghettisquash casserole, Wild rice-hazelnut-dried cranberry etc. stuffing, porcini mushroom sauce, baby frisee and belgian endive etc. salad, (PM for a recipe of the dressing for that salad, it's a family secret) A whole head of garlic; some chili, fresh rosemary oregano parsley, apart from the base of salt/pepper, used to spice some of the food - as indicated); pumpkin cheese pie; drinking (still!) adequate amounts of Shiraz, Smuttynose pumpkin beer, and sparkling water.

Only one surprise guest - an au pair who was thrown out of her family on this day.
