Thanks for asking Zoot. I've not really been behaving myself in terms of buying junk - there's quite a lot of chocolate in the house at present.
I've also been doing very little rowing. My physio has referred me back to my GP, and my GP has arranged for an MRI scan to be done on my back. That's scheduled for tomorrow morning.
Despite this, my weight has dropped a bit since the last weigh in, mainly because I have done quite a lot of walking. I'd like to get back into erging regularly, but don't feel any motivation to do so at present.
