Keep in mind that your measurements will change much slower than the weight that you see on a scale, so don't get discouraged! On the other hand, your measurements won't bounce up and down, so any reduction really is significant! Good luck!

After several weeks of too rapid progress, I hit the sweet spot this week -- with a drop of only 0.6 pounds but with 1/2" off my waist and 1/2" off my hips. I interpret this to mean I ate enough food to add some muscle, while losing some fat. Doesn't happen that way very often.
