No Rowing
I've not rowed, or done much of anything else for about a month now. Relapse will see me out of commission for a while longer I'm afraid. Two steps forward, one step back.
Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.

Re: No Rowing
Hello Ron. I'm very sorry to hear that you are out of action again - I was beginning to wonder where you were.
Your health and well being are the priority - don't worry about not rowing. When you feel ready, the erg will still be there.
Free Spirits isn't just about rowing - if you feel able to, perhaps you might like to post an occasional update but I quite understand if you would rather not.
Best wishes,
Jill

As least that's positive Ron; it's not 1 step forward and three steps back.mardix wrote:Two steps forward, one step back.

Me too.Jill wrote:I was beginning to wonder where you were.
I like to double this, as Jill wrote it up so "apt" (I hope this is the correct word for).Jill wrote:Your health and well being are the priority - don't worry about not rowing. When you feel ready, the erg will still be there.

Good choice of word Boris. It's not normally considered good manners on this forum, to correct anyone's grammar but as you have asked, then we Brits would say, " Wrote it up so aptly. "dr3do wrote: as Jill wrote it up so "apt" (I hope this is the correct word for).

Re: No Rowing
Apologies Ron for missing your latest post on the Training Thread.
I had been checking the Metreboard everyday but you sneaked in the 5000m while I was away. =D>
Trust that your slow but sure approach is still proving to be successful.
Okay, it's back to lookout duty for me up in the crow's-nest and I hope it won't be too long before I see you coming over the horizon. " Erg ahoy! " Ron.
Take care
Jill
