Nine National Records in 24 hours
For those who haven't caught this - http://roadtosub6.blogspot.co.uk/2014/0 ... cords.html
57 years old, 5"10', clinging on to 75kg and frustratingly but understandably inconsistent

I've met Paul a few times. He's a really nice guy. Amazing erger. Holds the 30-39 world 100km record in 6 hours 12 minutes 39.2 seconds. That's 1:51.8 pace for 100km. Astounding!
M 68 6'1" 124kg (May05), 92kg (Feb06), 122kg (Aug10), 95kg (Sep11), 117kg (Jun13), now 98kg
