A belated happy birthday, Phil.

A belated thank you to all, just returned from a train trip down to the South of France..... A week away eating and drinking to excess made today's return to the erg essential. How quickly stamina levels can deteriorate! A year older, no wiser but able to enjoy the good things in life just a tad more!
