Affiliation Standings

I just spotted this link called Affiliation Standings on the Challenges page on the C2 logbook. When I clicked on it, I got a list of teams and when I clicked on Free Spirits, the following page came up http://log.concept2.com/challenge/univD ... ee+Spirits

I hadn't realised that this information was available in this format. Makes for fascinating reading with many old friends and new listed.

I think a lot of us do. Mine dates from around 2008, I think.

I've spent a very enjoyable 10 minutes looking at all the photographs - seen some before of course on the Metreboard but it's still a pleasure to put faces to names, especially as many of us will never meet each other.

What a pity that there aren't more FS photos on the Metreboard. For what it's worth, I hate having my photo taken, I'm quite a pain in the posterior about it and Richard will willingly back me up on that one. On the other hand, I think most of us possess a natural curiosity to see what somebody else looks like. Or is it just me I must stress though, that I do respect other people's privacy.

We used to be top of the Affiliation Standings a lot in the early days of the club as I remember, nice to see us top again
