As Alan says, I can be found most days giving the Wattbike a sound thrashing (a la John Cleese in Fawlty Towers) and then I get on a crank out 20-30 klicks. The parts of the body that get a caning from rowing have finally let me down so I've had to switch disciplines much to my annoyance.
Keep yanking that chain and maybe see you in the Sgt's Mess in February?
