Thanks for the update, Rodger. I'm surprised (and pleased) that I'm still at the head of the list, despite not having improved any of my nonathlon scores since June. But I notice that a lot of people are getting a lot closer, so I'll have to start working on getting my act together if I want to stay on top.

What I meant is that you copied the table that Philip posted in July and altered your own score, when lots of scores of others have improved since July, too. When updating the table here, it makes more sense to get the newest table from the nonathlon website instead. So that's what I did in my previous post. No need to check everything out!

Hello Nonathloners. I'm back! Since I just did a 2K test, I decided to post some times to the Nonathlon to see where I stand.

I used my legit season bests for 2K, 6K and 10K. I took a 30' split from my 10K for the 30'. I used by best reps from a PP pyramid workout for the 500 and the 1000. I got nothing to post yet for the 60', HM and FM, but I'll get there.

I'm excited to get back into it.

I was planning on a marathon this Christmas, but a return of my back spasm (due to incorrect technique when attempting to beat my December CtC time) means that ain't gonna happen!

Going to attempt a HM in the morning on row pro (though the guy who set it up has it 1meter heavy) and maybe go for the fm on Sunday... That'll get me at least within 99 points of you...

I'm certainly not uncatchable, but I'm very tempted to have a go at my 5k, 6k and 10k times to see if I can pick up a few extra points. One of my key objectives this season is to beat my all time best nonathlon score of 8676 points from the 2012 season. I'm 53 points behind at present, but feel that beating my previous total should be achievable if I can hold onto my current form.

At the end of the day, the main thing we are all competing with is our former selves.

I'm feeling more than a little frustrated with nonathlon right now. I knocked 1 second off my 500m SB to gain 10 points and then found that my overall score has gone down by 16 points due to a 21 point reduction in my HM score and a 5 point reduction in my FM score.

I know they need to update targets to reflect overall improvements in times being recorded, but I thought there was supposed to be some kind of smoothing process in place and an improvement of over 2.5 seconds per 500m in target pace is just bizarre! It also changes my HM score from being one of the three events in which I had beaten my previous nonathlon SB to now being 14 points behind my previous best.

I noted your point before Paul about the Nonathlon recalibration, it mucked my HM up too which at 952 points was pretty much my best ever score.

I guess I wil have to try harder -I need around 1:hr 23 mins to get 952 and am so damn angry I may do it this weekend grrrrr

Gained a handy 54 points this morning shaving just under 3 minutes off my 10k time. I set the original as one of my first ranked times in November. Nice to see that I'm improving. I get the feeling the points are quickly going to become harder to find.

Now to turn my focus to both ends of the Nonathlon. I still haven't recorded 500m, 1k and FM. Guess which ones are most likely to get filled in first!
