I saw it on FB. One legged is better than arms only! :-)

PS You can request a wheelchair at the airport.

You poor bastard. You exceptionally stubborn bastard.
I am very proud to be associated with you.

One legged, and half assed. A fine way to finish.

How you are braving this through... Is there any part left intact?

But you know what - YOU ARE DOING IT - YOU'RE NEARLY THERE!

Less than 25,000 to go. The Spirits are cheering you all the way!  =D> =D>  =D> =D>

I was wondering how everyone else is keeping awake...I may be forced to clean the kitchen floor as a distraction technique...

We're with you Dave, wishing we could take away some of the pain, but knowing you are darned stubborn and you will soon cross that finishing line.

So I am sitting in a restaurant with two of my children, setting an extremely bad example, by being glued to my electronic devices.

He has only 8k left to do. He has racked up more meters today, on the very last day of this incredible feat, than he did during our tandem 24 WR. Hats off to you Dave.

Yes. 1229 followed by 2229 looks a bit odd. FaceBook is saying less than 5k to go, but I guess we need to wait to hear from the man himself.

At this stage, it's just a matter of a few minutes one way or the other and hopefully he'll have enough time for a shower and a change of clothes before he has to head off for the airport.

Go Plummy, go!
