Three completely new entries this month, welcome Ingrid, Mike and Stephen.
Unfortunately James didn't participate this month so he dropped from #1 to #16. And Matthew is now in the lead.
Good to see Lesley is back in the list.

Enjoy the April Challenge :fswink:

Hi - thanks for the welcome, although I'm not quite a 'new' member, really.
It might be hard to get it to work on the spreadsheet, but I did also do some CTCs waaaay back when FS first started (under Mike Channin).

I will be trying to do them consistently again from now on, all being well.

Haha: That said, maybe I should quit now while my 'average' is looking so good ;-)

Sorry for the delay, but I have been feeling not too well for a couple of weeks. Heading for a lightweight entry, but that stopped just in time (at least so it feels now).
Welcome to Matt Lawrance, his first even as far as I can see.
No changes in the top 7, 9 and 10 also the same, but Jolo and Plummy switched from 11 to 8 and vice versa.

I hope to be able to enter a score for May in time, but first some more examinations.
Good luck again everyone.

And, a week late, sorry, the board is filled with May results.
Two new entry's, Ana W and Chris Newberry. In 2013 an Ana rowed one CTC so perhaps Ana W isn't as new as I supposed. Fill me in if you know more.

Good luck with June's CTC. I think it's a bit too long for me to participate, but who knows, towards the end of the month.

And the results of June are in.
Kicked myself out of the top ten, not a distance for me yet.
Congrats to those who managed this one, I guess it must have been tough.
Congrats especially to Paul VIctory, according to the board #150.
I think July doesn't differ too much from June, good luck everyone. Since it's also quite a distance I'm not sure whether I'll participate.

Thanks for keeping the list updated Fred. Hadn't realised I'd down quite that many CTCs

Congrats to all the July-finishers, great work. Highest score for boat 1 this year so far. No entry for Jolo, no top 10 for him anymore, the rest remains the same in the higher regions.
Two new entry's, welcome Carole and P-Sarge.
Wolfie, 180 entry's according to the sheet, great ^O^ . Paul Vic 150 =D> , Paul G 120 =D>

Good luck in August, I'm going on holiday tomorrow so I think I will miss this one as well. Maybe next month.

Well, sorry for the delay but the board has been updated now.
Not rowing yet, my holiday wasn't exactly like I had planned, been operated upon due to a perforated appendix inflammation and have to recover a bit more before I take up sports again.

In the top 10 the only change is that Clare now is #9 instead of Plummy.
And, one complete new entry as far as I know, The Chicken King. Welcome.

Good luck with the September challenge.

Ouch - that sounds painful Fred. All the best for a speedy recovery

Sorry for the delay again, but not rowing makes one (at least me) forget about these things.
Anyway, the scores are there.
Welcome back Huw. First entry this season.
Iain missed out on this one, nothing serious I hope, making him drop out of the top ten. Making room for Paul G. Great recovery, Paul.
With three more months to go I think it will be hard to overtake Matthew.

As for myself, the fourth consecutive month with no score, but today I've entered my October score, so at least I will be back on the board.

Good luck everyone with the complicated October CTC.

I think that I may be about to throw a curve ball - if all goes to plan, I will be having my hip replacement op in mid November which will almost certainly rule me out of December's challenge

I've a feeling that may open things up a little at the top of the table...

Yes, good to see you erging again, Fred, and thanks for your work here :!: :D

Mat, it is a hip replacement, right :?: Can´t you do a one-legged row, then :?:

Good luck with the operation, Mat. Slightly more important then that number one position, but of course, your left leg tied to a skateboard for instance, who knows...

Although not a real laughing matter of course, I am slightly amused to witness us all growing old(er) here
Good luck Mat, great to see you swiftly back Fred.

Feel free to enjoy a chuckle Steve. I must admit that a wry smile appears when I consider that ironically it’s the last decade spent chasing marathon times and running in the mountains that has hastened my own decline and the need for this op

I guess Chaucer says it best in that “time and tide wait for no man”

Still… the surgeon reckons I’ll be back in the rower 8 weeks after the op
