Well, usually slightly less in pain than that.

Although actually been looking at least as bad most of today as a consequence of the Great South Run :oops:

Sadist!

The 2k quite often looks that bad without having anything for a sprint finish (as the extra 391m are a killer). And if I _do_ find something more at the end for a big finish - it'll look even worse...

On the good side, at least you can see I was trying!
