A new look for the site

Post by Thomas W-P »

I am no designer, but have tried to put together some colours that match the new kit :D

I would appreciate any constructive comments in this thread.

Personally, I think that there is too much orange - what do you think?

Certainly better than the old default colours. Yes, it's quite bright, but it is also quite striking. The orange and white border on the top banner is cool too.

Well done Thomas!

(Being slightly picky - not all the top banner links are consistent at the moment. The forum is still showing C2 Training IDs (which we probably don't need anymore as the meter board does that now anyway) but the rest show a 'Kit' link instead.)

Well spotted. I uploaded the new look from my backup which was a little out of date. Fixed now.

This new Orange look is really growing on me. Think it looks great now. Really distinctive!

WELL DONE THOMAS. We all appreciate all the time and hard work you put into the site (and all the putting up with me winding you up during testing, Mr sense-of-humour-failure. Hehehehe. )
