No need to worry Ann. She'll sail by you tomorrow and then disappear over the horizon!

Hope the virus clears up before too long.

Great to see you back, Ann, even under these 'pressing' circumstances! Hope the virus has run its course and you can begin enjoying the new year.

Jill is on an amazing meterboard-smashing run. Keep going, girl! =D>

A quick question. I noticed RowPro doesn't record my warming up and cooling down distance to C2 when I do that as part of a training. Is there any way around that, other than doing the wu and cd as separate rows?

…e.g. uploading the WU+CD by Concept2 Utility.

I never knew that. I always just do them either as separate rows, or set up the whole thing as a variable interval session to make sure I capture the warmup and cool down meters.

How do you enable it in RowPro?

Dear friend Richard... not sure you can fend off the power of this onslaught much longer. 8-[ :!:

And, despite appearances, I am not stalking a certain David Plumb from above, rowing only when he does to stay ahead of him. OK, maybe I did stalk his meters today, and rowed one extra, just to be funny.

I agree - I'm not sure I can hold off this challenge. I've tried leaving the damper on the highest setting for the next user ...... Mind you weight loss results have been so spectacular that I should be able to live with losing my place but then my testosterone fuelled caveman complex kicks in!

Mr. Plumb - [-X Now you be nice. I happen to know you keep a few flying monkeys hiding in the tree in your backyard, to be used on the unsuspecting. Hmpf, witch indeed.

Richard - you and the missus are rocking the Top 15. Regardless of who may be where on a given day, that's phenomenal work by you both. What a team. =D>

Yes, David Plumb, behave yourself. [-X

I saw a performance of ' Wicked ' at the Lyceum, Leeds, back in the summer. At no point did I spot a lovely young lady, called Barbara, flying on an erg.

I noticed something strange on the meterboard: every distance logged in yesterday appears today as well? How can this be? :?:

Edit: seems to be fixed now.
