Too late guys, if Stan has already told the CTC organisers we've picked 4k.
But keep the ideas in a list for either ELM challenges or the next time we get to chose CTC (probably over a year away now).

Sorry guys - I informed the CTC thread of the 4k this morning. The 4k has been well received on the UK forum board - 32 posts on it so far. I think the 4k would have won on the first past the post system anyway.
