Thanks Tako. I'm actually starting to enjoy erging again, although I am a long way short of my PBs from a few years back. My key priority is to stay injury free and I know this is going to be a challenge as I tend to overdo things when I get on a roll. I'm definitely feeling a few twinges, but the weight loss has helped as my lower back is no longer trying to deal with an enormous gut!
