Congratulations to Nigel Ferris who has today completed his 5M metres this SEASON! Take a look at the Daily Metres Board to see how much he has covered in the last few days. Saturday, he had done more than a full marathon before I got out of bed and did over 100k in that day alone!!!
For you guys wanting to cover more distance, Nigel has loads of tips for you, which I am sure he would be happy to share with you.
I'm also pleased to say part of his secret is eating honey, which as a beekeeper I was happy to sell him at a very reasonable price!!
