Wow that's quick! Not just a little bit quick but seriously fast . It's the fastest time in the world for your age this year... and last year... and it would have been 2nd in each of the previous 5 years. And you had enough in the tank to keep going!!!
With all this effort Ian, you really do deserve the top spot on the Meta-Nonathlon! You scores are down to very hard work and great improvements. My scores are down to a very poor season last year and a compulsive competitive streak. Keep up the great work!
