Did a life time PB of 1:28.5 Real head spine at the end and HR max'ed out at 194! Well chuffed

Well done Peter.

I managed another small improvement to 1.37.4 but nowhere near the 1.35

I wanted at the beginning of the month. I think I will give it one last shot tomorrow.

Its the last day for this challenge - another fantastic effort from us

(eveyone pat yourself on the back). Just one male lightweight required to get FS 10 floated - or should I book that heavy liposuction session at lunchtime?
