Mr Paul (Iron Ar$e) Gould is through 3m in impressive style.
I suspect Mr Sims is there as well and has been teasing us.
The two Paul's are good examples of what Free Spirits can do for you (unless yuo're very careful).
Mr Sims as a founding member has had a lot of very positive influence on the team and has held us together and driven us on with his challenges and sheer drive.
Mr Gould was "walking towards the light" not that long ago and is now in danger of forming his own extreme league.
Well done to you both and our thanks for showing us the way.

To follow up on Peter's post, we have a number of impending milestones approaching.
Our newest team mate may well be through 7m this season by the end of the day. Be brave Tom and stop a metre short to show us that you are a Free Spirit.
Michelle (Red shell) another founder member is very close to 2m and likely to go through that barrier this weekend. We look forward to more metres but seeing as the Manc's scrapped a lucky win in the week and will be all over Europe for the next few months I suspect she may be slowed a little. Can the ergo be taken on as hand luggage?
We have a little group within a few thousand of a million. Gifford Lewis, Mike McKortel, John Sisley, Sam Donoghue and Michael Murtha. All through that magic million in the next week?
If these guys go over that mark we will have nearly half the team at 1m+.
In perspective, half of our team would still be top of the C2 metre board!
Go Free Spirits.

Thanks Graham,Dave and Tom.
If anyone would have said to me a year ago that I would clock up 3 million metres on the rower in 7 odd months I would have laughed at them - would not be there without FS though - the camaraderie, encouragement and friendly competition is fantastic and has sped me back to good health so thank you to everyone in the team.
Happy Rowing

I am there now!
Yes, I have been teasing you.
Well, actually, whilst I was busy working out what the total had to be for 1 metre ahead of Mr Gould, I totally missed the fact that I was going to pass 3M !!
It's all about the backache ....did I mention that......
My real ambition is to get to the first page of the Metres Honours Board - tantalisingly close at the moment. About 22k short.
Hey Ironar$e .... what makes you think this is friendly competition?!!!

Latest to join the club this season are Michelle Houghton - founding member - over 2m - quicker than me at just about everything - prettier - probably more intelligent - but I have the edge in which football team I support.
Gifford Lewis is past the million metre mark (and has overtaken me - but not for long).
Our newest team mate is past 7m . Nuff said.
Well done to everybody here
