Thanks Dave. It's great to be back doing full on sessions, but I'm still a long way from where I was 2 and a half years ago. Hopefully, this time the shoulder will hold up, although I am getting the occasional twinge in both shoulders (not to mention my left knee).

Still, it's nice to feel motivated again. Long may it last!
