My row is written up on the PB forum post. 19:18.7 for me, so that's an adjusted time of 17:26.9 for you to chase Peter :fswink:
Great effort Jon =D> =D> my attempt will be a bit later this month 👍

Lots of slow 70%-75%HR. If you can 2 a week at 90 minutes that should strengthen you mentally. I personally would plan one 25 or 30k as well but no closer than a week before your FM. Fully hydrated before you start. But have a couple of options of drinks if you wish to stop. I find it a pain in the ...

Re: what training have free spirits been doing today?

Did a different type of session tonight(By necessity, as it turns out). I really wanted to have a row tonight but my rower is outside and the outside light isn't working - I decided to do a "blind" row - 1000 strokes on Just Row - was expecting to cover about 9-10km but was pleasantly sur...

I also think the erg has so many different events from 100m to 100,000m that you can never be ready to break PBs in all of them at the same time. Way too many different zones of endurance & speed/strength. I think it's only realistic to say you can only peak for any event twice in a year. You co...
