Hi Tom, all I would suggest (and I'm certainly not medically trained) is to listen to your body. Start the recover slowly, and if it aches or hurts - go slower, or STOP!
Good luck :)

Re: Anyone had any PBs recently?

Brilliant stuff guys, all excellent improvement on the previous times too.

Bill, it's been a pleasure to watch your progress over the past few months. Hell of a job. Now enjoy the satisfaction of sub7 for a week or so before you start to focus on the next target (6:55 or less?) for BIRC

Re: The run in to Evesham...

I'll be eating and drinking what I want, not worrying at all about a race plan, and generally not panicing. Oh yeah, forgot to mention I can't make it. Now have a family day out instead. Sorry I won't be meeting some new faces and cheering you on. For the race virgins though, the butterflies will be...

Bill, which model erg do you have?
I have a D and find it really difficult to get the C-breeze to fit effectively.
I know there are several "Heath Robinson" ideas on the C2 forum but they all seem too much trouble to me.
Any "easy" fixes would be greatly appreciated.

Good luck for a steady recovery Dwayne, I'm sure we don't need to tell you not to over do it (unlike racing under an epidural  )

We'll definitely do this again Plummy, although they are rarely real "races" just doing it together is much better than pulling away on your own (ooh er Mrs).
And seeing some participants PB makes it even more worth while.
