Re: New toy! (PM5 monitor)

An inconvenience -- but better so far than the PM3 + Polar belt pickup (under the rail) I had before. Hr data got totally unreliable with that combo. I had the same experience with the Polar belt pickup. Even with the occasional USB issues the PM5 heart rate solution is so superior there is no way ...

Re: New toy! (PM5 monitor)

had my first bad experience with the PM5 today. Did 3x 30 min workouts. First was saved on the connected usb stick and transfered to ergdata. After the second one I got an "usb writing error" and the workout was not saved on the PM5, the usb stick or in ergdata. Same procedure with the 3r...

Re: New toy! (PM5 monitor)

Do you know how this would work in practice - will an ergdata workout be stored on USB drive as well? And would ergdata and concept2 utility play together and recognise / ignore each other's uploads so for instance a concept2 utility upload would not overwrite a previous ergdata upload of the same ...

That is correct. If you have the stick it remembers the paired monitor.

Re: Carole McNally Memorial CTC

Good to see the Free Spirits pale lavender (?) blotted across the CTC website... That was my first thought when I went to log my row. I was very happy with a 0.7/500 improvement over my predicted pace based on my 5k and 1k scores. Especially after my miserable HD blowup on the last leg of my attemp...

 My 13 year old has been rowing quite a bit recently and sometimes the 5 year old wants to join in. I'll give the drag adjustment a try as it is a bit too high.

Re: Row2Rio - anyone up for it?

I'm adding up... hopefully have a new position on the map tonight. Hi John, Just a heads up that I had a borkage with the beta ErgData (or possibly my brain) and my numbers are going to look odd as a bunch were deleted and added back. My total for the year at this point is 250,567 and to calculate ...

Re: Meterboard 2 - bugs and feature requests

I am not sure what you mean. There is no badge for marathons or half marathons? Hello Thomas, I believe he means that no one is currently showing the Marathon/Half Marathon challenge icons on the Meterboard. Looking around a bit I don't see any of the Dog Days of Summer ones displayed either. Thank...
