Re: Anyone had any SEASON's bests recently?
Did 32 HM during the Crazy Bear Challenge in November/December and managed a new PB on one of them with 1:23:37.9. And today something strange happened. I'm feeling pretty tired and exhausted since I have been rowing almost 500k in December. So, I was about to skip training completely today. But the...

Re: Crazy Bear Challenge
Good to have you on board again. Did #13 this morning with a SB at 1:25:13, very pleased.
I also suffer from migranes. I remember the times before triptan was invented. At least nowadays triptan takes away most of the pain.

Re: Rowing annoyances
Starting to row during daylight, forgetting to turn on the light and then being unable to read the PM after 60 min when it gets dark outside and therefor not knowing when the HM is over.

You are correct, the total meters are the same. So, maybe just a 'daily' glitch. Thanks.

Wrong meters
Hi,
I'm getting credit for a FM today although I only did a HM. When I go to my logbook on the c2 site, I only find the correct entry for my HM.
Any idea why the meterboard doubles my meters from today?

Done! Finished #30.
20 of them under 90 min, a new PB what else can you expect from a challenge

Just finished #21. And I felt like doing something special today. So, I pulled like I've never pulled before
And got a new PB of 1:23:49.0! That is 1min 38 sec. faster than my previous PB.

Did #19 today. Still keeping under 90min on a regular basis. And a new season's best for me at 1:27:38,9. Really, really pleased.
@plummy: Nice one with an impressively low heartrate!
@strider: FM? Haven't dared that yet. Good luck!

Re: New toy! (PM5 monitor)
Reading through these problems i am wondering if its worthwhile upgrading to the PM5. I like the PM4 it does what i want it to do and has done for over 10 years. I use a PM4 on my rower, connected to RowPro during workouts. And I have a PM5 on my SkiErg that I connect to my iPhone during workouts. ...

Re: New toy! (PM5 monitor)
I have been running my PM5 without any problems for the last several months. Before that, I had several occurances where the PM5 would save my workout to the inserted USB stick. At last it even "destroyed" the stick. Since then I always do the same steps before a workout: * connect a power...

I wanna join, too. Already did 2 HM since the 10th. I don't have a FB account (and the given link doesn't seem to work).
Does anyone have the link to the Google spreadsheet?

Re: 2015-16 season successes & lessons
Excellent point, John. This has been my first complete season. I also find the meterboard highly motivating. But it also makes me do things, that are not healthy for me. In the attempt to climb the meterboard ladder I've had several (overstrain related) injuries during the season. But nevertheless, ...

Re: CTC - Ski-ergs, sliders and dynamics
I wonder how many of those opposed to the Skierg being included actually own or have even used one? True, on first sight it looks really different. But let me tell you, most videos on the internet do not show how to use one properly. If done correctly, you use your legs a lot. I use a rower and a Sk...

Re: New toy! (PM5 monitor)
Hi Lee,
yep, have the latest firmware.
Battery shows 90% 10 hours after my last workout and being disconnected from an outlet since then.
If this behaviour occurs once a month, I could probably live with it. But I've only had the PM5 for 2 weeks. Well, we'll see ...

Re: New toy! (PM5 monitor)
Hi, had my first bad experience with the PM5 today. Did 3x 30 min workouts. First was saved on the connected usb stick and transfered to ergdata. After the second one I got an "usb writing error" and the workout was not saved on the PM5, the usb stick or in ergdata. Same procedure with the...
