Me and my big mouth  Good luck Gregor - I expect to see your 10k below 40 mins, the 1 hour at 14700, and the HM at sub 1h 30 Don't encourage him! I am trying to stay ahead as his penance for getting me involved! Ok I will encourage you too  Looking at your times compared to mine, its ...

Looking at your times compared to mine, you really should obliterating your 10k, 1 hour, and HM times :) . I feel I should be able to reduce my 5k and 2k times. Go for it Gregor - you know you want to  I hear what you are saying Stan. I think its because previously I've been focusing too much ...

"From me to you" <sigh> :? :( Looking at your PBs I reckon you could annihilate your 10km time now too. Funnily enough I was thinking the same today. :) Looking at your times compared to mine, you really should obliterating your 10k, 1 hour, and HM times :) . I feel I should be abl...

I got one by accident the other night at the gym - have been getting bored rowing lately, so have been mixing it up by rowing hard as possible for a minute, then cruising for a minute, and so on. Have landed a couple of PB's doing that sort of thing, but this one came by accident, so knocked 4 odd ...

I was looking at last years ranking and the ironoarsman had over 231 members - so you are right this lead we have is not all that secure. Dont see the point in holding back metres though - Paul is right lets be honest

Inspirational Paul - bad enough doing 250k in 1 month is hard enough but doing it in 2 weeks is quite an achievement. I am currently on 69kfor the month so got a lot to do but more or less on schedule.

Thanks for the comments on the blue riband. My main reason for posting it was to encourage myself - its my weakest distance and I really want to improve it. I must admit I had the same thoughts about the 250k favouring short to middle distance rowers but I think John is right - nobody is going to do...

Ahh
Many apologies - hadnt realised there had been a suggestion to not post challenges so I just posted blue riband II, to finish end of August. Not sure how to remove it but Chris seems to be suggesting it can be so I will try if asked to do so. Once again sorry everyone.

Hi Gregor. Welcome back from your fruitless trip to Germany and many congratulations on the new pb - I am sure seeing me in front of you was like a red rag to a bull and I therefore claim full credit for your great performance  . Yep I got a pb for the 30 mins yesterday (7409). I think I can go...

Just completed the 1 hour part of 1 for Mr Sims. Pretty happy with 14513 which is the 2nd best I have ever done. So combined with yesterdays 30 minute pb I have got off to a good start in this challenge. All goes the 250k challenge as well of course.

I have all my data from the concept2 website since I joined (Feb 05). I believe it is in Excel spreadsheet format. More than happy to send it to you if you are interested.
Though not sure you would want to emulate my times!
