May CTC - 10x100m / 1´ rest
May CTC notification from SkiErg.
A Sprinters Paradise:
Row it for your rowing club and/or ski it for the SkiErg team.
10 x 100m / 1 minute rest
Standing start first rep. Subsequent reps as you like.
Enjoy!
This shouldn´t be that demanding cardio wise...

Welcome back, Iain
Yes, as you suggest some sort of short slide, and I would suggest not to worry about breathing - if possible...

Well done, Mat and Claudius
This actually wasn´t as bad as I would have thought... Kind of fun to revisit the 33spm, though it required a lot of focus... 3855m... Think I will try this again later this month...

Re: January ctc - 6k TT
Hi everyone, Well its been a while. Over the past couple of months managed the odd row. Rowing has been a struggle since I fractured my ankle. I decided I would attempt to get back on the machine. Logged a very poor 6k. Cycling has been my thing since Covid started. Got myself on Strava and been en...

Re: Free Spirits CTC Participation and Leaderboard
This month there is no excuse as the 6k is an excellent choice for a challenge. Everyone can do it. Either slow recovery (contributing to the VTC) or as TT trying to PB a ranking peace. My first attempt this month I HDed after 5300m, though, Tako...  Would have been easier with a timed...

24spm also a happy place for me... Maybe Im among the tall and powerful...
