I am currently doing the 31 days of Christmas on facebook. 1min for every day of the month and i am doing it after weights. The challenge is starting to get harder because anything over 5k sucks ...

The rest gets shorter and shorter the more you do...by about interval 11 there is no point putting the handle down.webberg wrote:
