Re: Evesham Golden Mile

I have just started a list on the main forum of who is coming and doing which race. That might hopefully convince some of those who haven't decided yet to come. And to have an overview of which Free Spirit is coming I think it's useful for us too.

Re: Injuries.....:(

Hi everybody, next update after friday's nuclear spin tomography: knee is basically ok, some spots of enlarged bursae which causedthe pain and are caused by overload, no need for surgery or injection. Advise was given to vary training, not to overdo training and listen to your body. So I will start ...

Nevertheless there is some irritation under and around the patella. To get full knowledge of the situation ...

Re: Injuries.....:(

Mat, take it easy with that hurt rib. I know it's easier said than done. Once you are used to regular sports it's soooo hard to force yourself to have a break :( No rowing for me the next couple of days if not weeks. I hurt my left knee when I fell four weeks ago stepping on a wet uneven metal plate...

In Germany it's compulsory to have a motor liability insurance which covers damage you cause third parties.

Plan was to start faster than friday, hope that the point of pain will come late and than empty the tanks. This is how it went (friday's splits in parenthesis): 2000__...
