Re: Indoor Rowers League 2019/2020

Well done Max, great effort [emoji3] and also everybody else entering a score so far. This kind of went to plan but as I haven't done any maximal time trials recently it was a bit of a leap in the dark but pretty happy with the result [emoji3] https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20191024/95093c65ec7275...

Well, gave it a go. Managed 1st two intervals in 1:45.1 but didn't have the staying power in the last rep. Will resume battle in October [emoji3]

Re: Indoor Rowers League 2019/2020

So, this morning's attempt, was hoping for closer to 1210m but I the end had to really dig deep to get 1200m. Haven't done enough fast stuff recently - you really have to get your legs accustomed to it [emoji3] Changed my team affiliation to Free Spirits and show up under this on individual standing...

Final go at this with target of sub 17. Actually HD'd for 1 sec with 300m to go in last rep before realising how stupid that would be.[emoji3]

September ctc - 1800m / 3'r / 1200m / 3'r / 1800m

Having left it a late with the last two CTC's I thought I would get in an early sighter and even managed a sprint finish so have got a bit more in the tank [emoji3]

For those of you into podcasts, this story has been told by the BBC under the name of The Hurricane Tapes - recommended listening [emoj...
