Hi everybody. Just reporting in because it has been a while. :oops: I am still ticking along on the erg. I am currently doing the 31 days of Christmas on facebook. 1min for every day of the month and i am doing it after weights. The challenge is starting to get harder because anything over 5k sucks ...

Nice result Paul. But I really think that you are wasting energy at r31 for a 6k+ row for a tall guy. R27-28 max, but we did speak about this in Madchster.

No rowing todat at 5:20am just curcuit training on the weight machines for a change. Enjoyed doing something different after a few hard sessions on the erg lately.

Went to hard on the 2x9min yesterday and paid today. Only managed 6 out of 8 for the 750m reps, legs were on fire. :evil:
