Re: The MOVEO 1000 km Project

Is it worth checking whether your particular flight is running late, and then row in the meantime, to get to the airport as close to take off as possible? Or is that an impossibility? Tell me to butt out if I am talking rubbish as usual. Just trying to throw some ideas into the mixing pot.

Re: The MOVEO 1000 km Project

I have a time limit to leave the gym of around 11pm I know you will be sitting there rowing but also working out what all potential outcomes are for the next few hours. What time is the flight tomorrow? What time will you have to leave in the morning? Can you fit in any rowing tomorrow before the f...

Not so much of this elephant left to eat, Dave. Reckon you're on to the tastier bits now. A mouthful at a time fella.

And without metaphor - make sure fuel and fluids are top notch today. You've kept on top of it really well all through - you must have done to get this far. =D>

Re: The MOVEO 1000 km Project

Ouch. Whatever you have to hand to increase the cushioning would be good right now, I expect. Pure blister tape would at least stop the chafing going further?

Re: The MOVEO 1000 km Project

Only one major wobble is ok - miraculous given the scenario. You are still in there, still pulling the handle - so it will get better and you will make it. You're actually doing so tremendously well it's unbelievable! =D>

Re: The MOVEO 1000 km Project

Good start already today Dave - good man. True grit is your middle name, and Yorkie bars your snack of choice! Really enjoyed the snatches of the ski cross this morning - brilliant seeing the real competition as the four contenders fight it out downhill - adds real pizzazz! I'd love to do that sport.

Re: The MOVEO 1000 km Project

Had a lengthy break for physio and pizza has arrived - slow progress at the moment - sorry guys Bless - to even think of apologising. There's no need for that at all! I can't imagine how you are keeping going - you must be made of very stern stuff indeed. Slow and steady wins the race as they say. ...
