fantastic efforts : esp. Mat and James,

i am happy with that result, brought me back in form with some long slow distance LIT workout, and now something complete different - some ctc stuff with a big anaerobic component, so the mix makes the difference:

Hello, i am in the off season at the moment, no ctc 2nd go...and no 4min time trial, but in the middle end of october i´ll start again, so if you need another rower,i am in with a low intensity 4min effort, october should be a quicker one...how many are we ?

so a 5k this month...well thats like the 30min or a 10k a favourite...had some easy to medium efforts this week (to get the feel for it), today i choosed a full go for it. Happy with the result ! a pb by 2seconds ! Have fun with it ;-) congrats to all finishers !

really sorry for a very late entry, it is like entry a shop 1 minute before it is closing and saying excuse for just buying a litre of milk ;-) :shock: [-X :shock: but i am also not happy with my result, travelling in my legs on a very rainy german autobahn ...so it is no excuse...but i know i could...

Some great results so far ! Despite that hot weather...i felt to do some interval erging and try to do that ctc today...but just rate capped at 24...maybe a all out effort at reasonable temperatures...

forum flyers decided for four 505m sprints with 2min rest between...first from a standing start as usual...the other 3 athletes choice :D

yes this summer solstice challenge was yesterday...and i did it on a unusual timeslot...after 9 pm...did it on the bikeerg as a 2:30h ride with zwift, and also unusual because i rode alone on zwift on a hilly track...a little bit more bike erg meters than zwift meters...! sorry not rowing...but earn...

Brave results so far ! My go was in between the nightshifts on icu ( first nightshift weekend since 30 month!) So didn't expect anything special..and was quit happy with 344m...so I checked my previous results...and it came out that this 1min attempt is my 3rd all ever performed all out effort...and...

my 30 min effort as a failed ocd row- when i am in my shift as a emergency physician i tried to do only low intensity session- which works on the rower better as on the bikeerg with zwift- because on zwift you do not wanted to get dropped- and uups there you are right in the middle or even red zone....

managed a pb today in between those stressfull covid19 days...maybe some of my last max. effort results...need to stay fit...more low intensity session in the future...i decided a full go for the 10k my former "lieblings" distance for a tough row...and managed to go 2.2s down of my pb of j...
