First 2k yesterday since injury - 10:07.0 Lots of stretching this morning after physio beating me up with power tool pummeller yesterday - pulled it down to 9:26.1 (actually got a bit sweaty and breathy). Held 22spm to avoid over-stretching anything. I'm actually pretty happy with that for progress.

A further update for anyone who's interested. I'm still going for physio every Friday and she's handing me more and more exercise sheets to follow - I think I'm up to 12 sides of A4 now.
