Have been working on getting strength back recently and neglecting endurance, so was worried it would be worse. Satisfied.
Good luck everyone.

Drag 134. No penalties, so I don't think I'll be doing this again.

Re: Free Spirits meta-nonathlon

Looks like the leaderboard has rolled over to the next season. Finally found something I'm good at -- beginner gainz! Thanks, Rodger, for providing something interesting for us to do. Would have thought I could do a little better considering the meters I had last season, but it's all progress. Hope ...

Re: The February CTC

From one point of view, good result. A half second faster than January's CTC 12 days prior. Thanks for the tips. Intervals look widely separated, but actually distributing the power evenly would net less than another tenth. Set drag to 132 instead of January's 137 because rest interval is so short a...

We're up to 31 entries now. This is a good time to put in an entry, leaving enough of the month left to redo in case of a blow up  After some experimentation, decided drag 137 was indeed correct, same as last time. 20' WU. Second rep felt better than the first. Tested legs with 90" to go i...

Hard to tell if this was improvement or not with this odd thing. Based on 1k a month ago, thought I would go at 1:52 to start and accelerate on the down slope. After WU suspected that might be too ambitious, but it worked out once into it. 25' WU, 19' CD, drag 146. 134 1:51.9 36 180 1:51.1 35 225 1:...

Re: The January CTC will be our choice

4x4' /r4' works very well for me in January time within season. Could see myself doing that multiple times. My other leaning would be a nonathlon ranking distance, since it's hard to squeeze in so many TT all late in the season while also doing CTC, even better if it's 5k or longer row. Hope somethi...

Good participation numbers, especially considering the max CTC length. No one can just have an easy time of it.

I see Barbara just did another run. Clearly going faster than what is good for her health. Do we need an intervention?

Re: October CTC: 10k unrestricted

When I got my C2-D5 in Dec, I looked at that 8x750m CTC and decided it was just too long for me. Since this 10k seems fantastic to you, J-Dog, I suggest you don't make a serious effort at it until the second half of October. Since you did a serious 10' recently, you have a rough idea of your 2k Watt...
