First one today. Actually the plan was to start a bit slower, but felt rather comfortable with the 700m in a pace near 1:50. Pleased with the 10:04.1 overall result. I'm okay, thanks. Haven't been rowing for a couple of weeks, but started again today to get on the CTC board of this month. I hope to be back on track soon, get a slightly better result.
