Good Work David, fighting the HD demons!

I did a HM SB today, it got even better than the Pace predictor suggests since 3 weeks and I could drop the pace 0.1s below my 1h pace \o/
Now starts the last week before the TdE and I will take it easy.

I got lucky and could do it without break.
Pace is a bit silly but I rowed a 10x 2:30' @SR30 interval in the last hour

Good idea with RowPro, but I can't make it, because I have to give my weekly rowing course today.
I will try to puzzle the 21k together from smaller pieces, hitting the gym a bit early today. At least that's the plan.

Hello, I'm new to the Team!

I came back to rowing with an Waterrower in 2010, rowed for C2TweetCrew since 2012, back on the water around the same time. Switched to a C2 at home in 2015.
Current goal: stabilising my weight at 104kg and preparing for the TdE in July.
