After a long time i did a single all out effort for the 1 K. My last single attempt were the November ctc 2 years ago. My pb is from the 1st April of 2005...very old...and since today history :fsbgrin: :D :fsbgrin: managed a 3:09.6 the splits: 1k_pb-beat-1stApril2005.JPG ...it was a 1/4 - 1/4 - 1/2 ...

Thanks Tako, Had a bit more time for erging in my lunch hour...so until now no diet...but it becomes more and more difficult...now 11% Bodyfat...healthy condition...was a lightweight in my youth with 60kg...then Muscle Training up to 80 in 2 years...hold that for a long time...with kids ans nightshi...

Thanks Tako and Max !, and the next ranking piece which had to be optimized: 500m 500m.JPG and tried this...but HDing...cant belief that one 500m piece could be that exhausting ! 500m PP HDing.JPG but in the evening did a regenration row...as usual with "number-gaming" - a bit ocd style ;-...

You could also consider a gender change, I think that's the least you can do for FSG :lol: Transsexual surgery...watched the procedure "live" several times while listening to the blips of the mans/"womans" heart...ok i´ll do it...but hold on...it needs lots of psychological talk...

Claudius FSG, 1220m is a great result and average pace of 1:38.3! But I noticed you don't get ANY extra meters added. That is tough although as a member of FSP I should be delighted. Thanks Max !
