Re: June ctc - 20 x 300m / 1'r

20 reps is certainly a tough one, just seems to go on forever! Went out a little too fast and had to slow down but luckily not too much so was happy to see at the end that I'd sneaked ahead of Tako for the time being [emoji3]. I think I will have another couple of goes at this as it is probably a go...

I had been putting this off all month but with time running out had to just man up and get it done [emoji3]

Actually went better than expected and quite surprised to be so close to Tako

Re: Indoor Rowers League 2018 / 2019

Got this in last minute and although I wasn’t really looking forward to it, it went a lot better than I was expecting [emoji3] With better fitness levels there's a half decent 500m time somewhere in there Well done to everybody for getting to the end of the season https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20...

Re: APRIL CTC - single 1500m

Ouch! March was a bit of a write off due to injuries and I rowed my fewest number of meters of any month this season. Decided to go out at optimal pace in full knowledge that I could not keep it up but tried to just keep going as hard as possible. Hopefully more to come if I can get more meters in [...

Bugle call answered [emoji3] Not done much recently due to 'niggles' so found this pretty tough and probably would have hd'd if this had been earlier in the month. Well done for everyone completing this - just the 500m to go, easy right? https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190327/02c6dc4715810786502a...

You're welcome [emoji3]

I think you should reconsider this being your only attempt though. This challenge suits you and I'll do my best to provide you with another tempting target [emoji48]

Max, don't really remember how last July's CTC felt but had a look back at the results and you were very fast [emoji3] I estimated before I set off that this would be around 1:42 for me and despite some wobbles that was actually pretty accurate. That makes this a wee bit faster than current 2k pace,...

Thought I'd get in an early attempt. Just did the obvious 90 seconds rest and as expected the 666's are fairly evil [emoji48]

Now we only lack Iain! Please don’t forget that it is only 4 days left!

Re: Free Spirits CTC Participation and Leaderboard

Thanks for doing this Ian [emoji3] I have a small question regarding the totals: on April fool's day 2017 the fish game was posted as a joke and some of us posted scores for this but it has subsequently been deleted from the CTC website. In the past I believe this challenge has been added to the tot...
