a ocd with 8 splits is really difficult to achieve...i am failing frequently on my 9999m (11 Splits a 909m) recovery rows on that :roll:

Thats the remake of our four cubed ctc in 2017. Interesting to have a comparison! And I really like a bit longer intervals than 1min!

fantastic rows so far...my legst felt fresh this morning...so I decided for a go. Couldn't hold my desired pace of 1:36.5 over the whole piece...but happy with it as I didn't rowed any anaerobic workouts the past few weeks.

Also wanted a early go on this...my training is more with a focus on longer aerobic cycling rides rather than short sprints, but i swore to me not to let the rower out of the game- so at least one ctc attempt and some recovery rows in the month ! for those few rowing meters ...

Hello, had a go this afternoon in my "lunch hour", after a small rainy MTB warm up outdoors i thought about not having a all out effort- but back at my flat i opted for a full gas - it went well, almost happy with the pacing, but this 3rd interval...do i have to do it again...i am thinking...

Maybe we find some rowers, last year similar situation, too many for one boat, and to less for two... a litte bit advertising could help- and after all it was really great with 2 teams...

And a fatigue fracture ? Difficult to make a diagnosis without examination...but looks like a acute process with sudden beginn- i would also advice to rice schema: rest , ice, compression (diclo-bandage) and elevation maybe a xray to rule out a fatigue fracture, maybe vary the footstrap- is the pain...

well done ...the first boat is floated...and the 2nd full of Lwts is waiting for a woman to float ! Felton- thanks for the target - and really brave for 2 attempts so early this month. Had a go this afternoon, thought about a overall pace of 1.47.5, after seen Feltons result decided to stay sub 1:47...

congratulations to all participants ! 3rd week was the toughest for me- vacation and no erging - so only 2 days left for the 30k- managed it with my longest row ever: 22230m - a bit more than a HM - did in my shift as a emergency physician - it´s nice to be paid for erging :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgre...
