Treated myself on a sports massage this afternoon,which was very enjoyable after the holiday challenge meters and the gym workouts the last weeks.

I was afraid to go too fast but then I found out that a lower stroke rate was easier to maintain throughout the reps. So I think I can improve my score a bit. I think all reps in a sub 1:40 pace should be possible. Well, let's see.
