Welcome back Andy - it's as if you've never been away. :lol: I feel you pain about the back injury. I'm in recovery mode too after surgery. My advice (for what it's worth) is to not do any low rate stuff just yet. Keep the stroke rate in the mid twenties with low resistance and light strokes. Bill :...

Yes, the assault course was there in '65 when I went through. It was a daily activity unless we were out overnight on exercise. Then the Endurance Course once a week during the six week Commando Course. We lived in tin huts with a pot belly stove in the middle then so life was a bit more difficult. ...
