7.30's too late for me tonight, but I think it's great what you are doing. Generating a lot of interest and inter-team bonding.
Have a good one!

Still a great time Roger, however I guess that's small consolation when you have a very specific target in mind.

Good luck for a steady recovery Dwayne, I'm sure we don't need to tell you not to over do it (unlike racing under an epidural )
Looks like it will be a long road, however you'll get plenty of moral support on this site.

Cheers all. I'll admit 44 feels quite a bit older than 43. Still, new age bracket to look forward to in 12 months time! Celebrating with a game of golf tonight  . Out for a nice meal on Friday though. My good lady has bought me tickets to see Queen in October so I'm looking forward to that. Th...

We'll definitely do this again Plummy, although they are rarely real "races" just doing it together is much better than pulling away on your own (ooh er Mrs).
And seeing some participants PB makes it even more worth while.

Re: Anyone had any PBs recently?
Great 5k Mikkel, very impressive. New HM time for me. 1:22.36.3 @1:57.4 1 minute 20s improvement. Attempted because I've missed some rowing time and I needed the meters, and I wanted to fill in another Nonathlon score. It wasn't until about 9k in that I remembered the Solstis row coming up  #-...

Chris, as long as you record your 1st interval time i.e. from when the fly wheel was definitely static, you are fine.

Re: May CTC - 5000m unrestricted
After "resting" away from the ERG for 3 days I saw I had been bumped a boat. I had to have another go today. Well, 3 days of non-rowing does not compensate for 3 days of travelling & eating/drinking! I did improve my time slightly, but despite a 5k @ 1:49.5 I can't get back in boat 6. ...
