Wishing everyone a good new year.
CTC preliminary session today just to get a feel for the 20 rate, :( not as easy as it used to be,if you’re not used to rating at 20 please go easy as this will stress your lower back so a good wu is a must.

L4 s I remember those about a decade ago so looking for something short after 40 odd minutes on the treadmill 12 x1min 1min rest just going through the motions really but concentrated on form.

Thx Dave, really sorry to hear your having problems on the erg, only advice I can offer is to take things easy but don’t stop even if it means just slow walking and don’t exercise with any pain and if no improvements probably best to throw some money at it. Hope it improves soon matey.

Well done on the PB Ian ^O^ ^O^ ^O^ special things them PBs . So time was getting short for this CTC and a promise is a promise a HR capped session at 150 max till the last 500m then pushed on, just like to say a special well done to Phillip nice one matey ^O^

Right the CTC needs a bit more attention with only a short time to prepare for the 10k it will only be a just get it done job. Easy sessions to start me off.

Hi Paul same here, I actually got my good wife Chris to Erg the 200m that’s a first by the way then tried to enroll her into c2 and free spirits failed on both so finished up using my eldest daughters CTC account. This is a bit unacceptable but hey at least it’s a boat floated and it may even encour...

I also hit a SB this morning for the 1000m like a idiot I did it cold no warmup thinking how hard can it be to go at fm pace from 12 years ago, answer really hard still like you scored a Celeste colour for the Nonathlon. Yippie

warmed up with 45 minutes cleaning the garage. Philips time frightened the life out of me, but after a first go to get the feel of it felt more confident and sort of went for it.

Excellent Erging guys well done. Especially well done to Strider you still got it matey!!! My effort was purely on feel till the 500 then a negative split, legs were a bit shot from last nights Zwift race.

Was going to attempt the CTC on ergzone, but sadly the app hadn't been updated so decided a 5k for the nonathon was in order. Set up a rerow from the best of the last few years and off I went. Result achieved so happy with the improvement 23:02.4
