The maintenance packs from C2 are very good value. They include rollers, new bungee cord, and foot straps, for less that £100. I've just bought 4 packs and will attempt my first "erg servicing" at the rowing club on Thursday (gulp) How did the service go? My foot straps definitely need ad...

It was actually a genuine attempt to try and pop ahead of Joe, and despite one of the rolling starts registering 3:35/500 seems a decent last couple of reps put me ahead of target.
