New 6k PB tonight - 22:43 - an improvement of 12 secs on Tuesday's effort.

Tried a MaxDev special tonight before the row class(multiple PB's in one row) - passed 6k in 22:55 to trim 6 secs off my PB and went on to record 7869m for the 30 mins(122m improvement) - very pleased to get under 23 min for 6k but think I can take 15 secs or so more do...

Well done to both Paul V and Stan for gutsing? it out on the challenge even when you aren't feeling at your best - just finishing it is a great effort.

Did an erg class this morning and the first piece was a mile(the next PB l was planning to challenge) - took 12 secs off my previous(down to 5:34) and think I can get under 5:30 next attempt so very pleased - just hope my form holds until SAIRC!
