Re: Nonathlon 2015

I've taken out my Pro-Rata times now that I have some targets to aim at, so as to keep the chart accurate. Today was a crack at the 30 minutes where I improved by almost 400m on my pro-rata time.

Re: Nonathlon 2015

I've prorated my marathon time back as far as the 2k to give me some targets to aim at, so real times are FM, 500m and 1000m.

I'll try and crack the real ones this month but I can see room for improvement in all of the spoof distances.

Re: what training have free spirits been doing today?

Ground out a 500m and a 1000m sprint this morning to see how much I've lost over a year. Not too bad (or not as bad as I had supposed) but room for improvement.

I'll probably leave them with Trish as there's plenty of sheep on the moor and they're a big temptation

Hard but not so hard! Depending how much you push from the start I guess. My plan was to go faster in the second set than the first and achieved that overall. The second reps in each set were exactly equal. 12:00.0 3122 29 01:55.3 01:00.0 270 30 01:51.1 02:00.0 523 29 01:54.7 03:00.0 766 28 01...

Re: what training have free spirits been doing today?

The Unplanned breaks are just a few seconds when I stopped rowing ...
